Worth knowing information

Prices:

All stated apartment prices are per apartment and day excluding the one-time final cleaning (price depends on the apartment category) and the local tax of € 2.50 per person and day (from the age of 15).

Deposit:

A deposit of 20% must be paid for your stay by bank transfer. The remaining amount will be paid on site. ​

​

Check In & Check Out:

Getting there:  Registration and check-in are possible from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival.  

Departure:  On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your apartment by 10:00 a.m. If you want to use your apartment longer than 10:00 a.m., this is possible for an extra charge, subject to availability and after consultation with the reception.

We prefer to accept your payment in cash,
by debit card or bank transfer to our account.

General cancellation conditions

Up to 1 month before arrival: free cancellation possible

For cancellations from 1 month before arrival: 50% cancellation fee of the total price

In the event of no-show/early departure or cancellation on the day of arrival, the entire price of the stay will be charged.

No animals are allowed in our house. We ask for your understanding.

Non-smoking house: There is a general smoking ban in all rooms in the apartment house.

​

Wellness area & fitness room

You are welcome to use the wellness area and fitness room in the Hotel Gänsleit opposite the apartment house.

 

Please notice that..

..no swimwear is allowed in the wellness area

..you have to change in the apartment as there is no changing room in the hotel

..children under the age of 16 are not allowed

..in summer the sauna is only switched on on request

In addition, in the fitness room...

..children under the age of 16 are only allowed if accompanied by their parents
