All apartments are equipped with a broom and dustpan, a clothes horse as well as a waste separation system.
Almost all containers for waste separation are in the underground car park. The residual waste container can be found on the west side outside the apartment house
A vacuum cleaner is available for all guests in the washroom in the basement.
